You are entitled to cancel your order within 24 hours of the original order placement prior to fulfillment and shipping.

We will reimburse You no later than 7 to 10 business days from the notification of cancellation (cancellation must occur within 24 hours of original order prior to fulfillment and shipping). Conditions for Perishable Returns

We hope that you are 100% satisfied with our product(s); however, once shipped perishable goods cannot be returned for the following reasons:

  • The supply of Perishable Goods made based on Your order request.
  • The supply of Perishable Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned
  • The supply of Perishable Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons

Returning Nonperishable Goods

In order for Nonperishable Goods to be eligible for a FULL refund once shipped and received, please make sure that:

  • The Nonperishable Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
  • The Nonperishable Goods are in the original packaging
  • The Nonperishable Goods must not be used and in same new condition as you received them

Any request to return nonperishable goods that are outside of the 7-day purchase period, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
